The existing layout is resolved into spacious living and dining with a central window made into an art installation. Including symmetrical balconies on both sides of the living, brings in the green from outdoors, while lending a formality to the space. Living room leads to the private living quarters behind translucent glass screens. We were able to create additional space as a multi-utility vestibule by combining circulation zones and stores. Colours were added as celebratory pauses when navigating through spaces, setting moments.
