Design Approach

1. Brief

Once engaged, we understand and establish client’s requirement and aspirations for the project.

2. Concept Stage

Factors of location, site, climate and cost constraints are analysed to draw out advantages as a start of an extensive design process. Concepts and ideas are translated into sketches, drawings and 3D models as a detailed study exercise to provoke a dialogue with the stakeholders for an overall equilibrium of all design factors.

3. Design Development Stage

Sound structural design and MEPF services form an integral part of the design at this stage.

4. Construction Documentation Stage

A full set of documents is developed for construction purposes. All details and specifications are captured in a package. The package is submitted for review by the client, following which, contractors are invited to submit bids, for finalization and appointment.

5. Construction Observation Stage

Quality control, adherence to design & specifications and site coordination are critical factors that are monitored through site visits.

6. Completion Stage

A thorough inspection of the site is conducted to ensure satisfactory performance of various aspects of the constructed building.
