Jubilee Hills is a prime neighbourhood overlooking the historic city of Hyderabad. With the site perched here on the hill, a set of 56 premium condos is designed to capture the panorama through 40ft long decks. The condos range from 5 to 6 bedroom units of approximately 6,500 sqft area, each with dedicated lift core and a lap pool. It is the arrangement of the lap pool and the deck placed opposite to each other that provides for cross breeze and natural light to the otherwise deep unit. KnowArch is working in collaboration with SEP Consultants Pvt Ltd. to realise this under-construction project.
