The resort site is located in the vicinity of Colombo international airport on the water front of Negombo lagoon. Proposing a water body effective of an estuary looping in the lagoon provides for a longer perimeter accommodating 29 chalets, all affording view of the waters. The front office and Back of House areas are formed in a G+1 building with driveway sloping up to the reception placed on the first floor as a gallery to the lagoon viewed over chalet roofs.
