Abhinav has over twenty years of professional experience working on diverse architectural projects in India, USA, Canada and Dubai. He worked as a Senior Architect with Charles Correa Associates for 6 years, 2 years in Dubai with Dubai Consultants and finally with Oberoi Realty, Mumbai for 2 years before establishing KnowArch. He has a Master’s degree from IAAC (Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia) Barcelona, Spain, an institute specialising in self-sufficient buildings. The years of professional experience and continuing practise translate into the firm’s design philosophy and project delivery.
Kanika’s strength lies in envisioning and ideation during conceptual processes and crafting details and materiality further on. With a double Masters from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, USA) and IAAC (Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia) Barcelona, Spain, Kanika lends herself to academia, being a visiting faculty with Architecture Schools and an invited juror for external student reviews. Her zero waste living ideology renders projects with sustainable programmes.
